Shining River—RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are satisfied with your items and your experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for either a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information and specifics on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition (unless item was defective when originally received).

Please Note

If you are purchasing a CD and are unsure whether you will like the actual content, please be aware prior to placing your order that the songs on these CDs are also available to be previewed, sampled and/or purchased as digital downloads on most music digital platforms (such as iTunes, Spotify, etc.), so that should prevent needing to return your CD because the music/content was not what you expected. Search your favorite music site if you want to listen online before purchasing a tangible CD.

If you are returning your product because it is defective (i.e. CD doesn’t function), please be sure to confirm that it doesn’t work by testing it on more than one CD player or other device.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at store@shiningriver.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (including the reason for your return). After receiving your RMA number, pack the item securely for shipping and include your proof of purchase/copy of your invoice, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please notify us either via email or text at the contact info below when your return item has shipped, to let us know it is on its way (including your RMA number in your correspondence).

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Hi! My name is Lisa Prokopowitz and I'm an indie Christian singer/songwriter. I have appeared on a variety of CDs, and here I'm offering a couple of my own independently produced CDs for sale.

My desire is to lift up the name of Jesus, and build up His body, the Church, in whatever ways possible. Lisa Prokopowitz

Lisa Prokopowitz is a singer/songwriter/recording artist, residing in Northern New Jersey (US). She has been writing and recording music for years, serving on various worship teams and with other groups. She serves actively on her church's worship team and sings at coffeehouses and other events. She loves to produce videos too, and has many videos on her YouTube channel, some of live musical performances and some of spoken words to encourage those who listen. She also has a background as a Music Therapist, primarily working with Older Adults living in Senior Living Communities, or individual clients. Since Covid, sadly much of her practice has diminished due to the many Covid regulations in medical facilities. She still practices when able, and provides services remotely.
